Missing pit crews

Has anyone had the problem of missing all of the pit crews in all of the 2k3 sims? They're just not anywhere.

Did I turn them off? The only thing that allows me to urn them off is the Animated Crews in the options, that I know of, and it's checked. Animated or not animated, they're not there.

Did I install or change anything lately? Changed over to Firefox as a browser and downloaded Darlington_night_SBP08, changed the screen resolution to a larger size.

What have I done to remedy the situation? I tried switching between Open GL and D3D graphics, re-installing the War Wagon Crew mod, deleted Darlington_Night_SBP08, changed some of the graphics settings, but nothing has helped.

Is there somewhere in the folders that holds the crew, what would you call it, "engine"..."forms"..."program"? Could I copy and paste over that folder from the disk to put it back if it's missing?

This is the same computer I've had for awhile, everything's been fine, haven't changed any cards, this is a recent problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Darlington Ai

I love this track and this sight, but with me I can't do more than 5 green laps without a caution. It maybe the AI's aggro but they always seem to like rubbing up against the wall. I've even had 2 instances when I'm at the back of the pack that the AI (Completely oblivious) will run into the jut coming out for the safer barrier and cause a huge wreck in that same turn 3. I respect the creator of the track that that is how it is at Darlington and I can't agree more but I think there is something 'wronger' with may game. I would just like to get a stable line on the best combination of "mods" or AI difficulty or setups that can prevent this from happening and getting at least 20 laps of green flag.

Again, love this track,
thanks.

Thanks JR..Coming from you, that definately says something... .did the best possibly could staying within the "comfort zone" of overall usability and playability of the track...you know how it goes...balancing FPS with high-quality textures, minimizing the use of TSO's and accompanying MIPs as much as possible...etc...etc...etc... ...it's a delicate juggling act....which is hoped to turn out not being a huge flop...

I picked up a used G25 and ran your track @ 100% ai and qualified 2nd. Wih my Logi Momo I couldn't break 28's at 100%. With the G25 I was able to hit 27.860 and can now win this race I'm doing 10% with 4x pit so it's a two pit race to the finish. I've been practicing at 100% ai and usin VH's setup's and want to eventually join a league. My question is what percentage do you guys run the ai when off line using SBR tracks.
