Some of you might be wondering what has been the deal with the lack of postings, track releases, etc...here at SBP....Won't go into a whole bunch of detail about it, but there is good and bad news as far as the Project goes...The good news is that it is still All Systems Go for it's continuation!!!....the bad news is that some of the tracks that were slated to be completed prior to the start of the 2010 season (i.e. those in the TIPs menu) will be slightly delayed in there release due to some critical loss of track data necessary to a compile a finished product. This is part of the main reason why there hasn't been all that much posted particularly about the much anticipated release of Homestead-Miami Speedway. Have been trying like crazy to rejuvenate about a years time of data that has been lost due to nothing other than pure system failure....As already mentioned, wont go into all that much detail about it...fact is, have come to the realization that the data is gone and it's not coming back....

So, what does this actually mean...you might ask??...well, to put it simply.....The tracks you might have expected to be released here in short time will not occur....This does NOT mean that they shall not be completed and/or released at all, but simply they will be delayed....(i.e. released at random in the 2010 season)

It will obviously take some time to regenerate the lost track data in order to compile a finished product...so PLEASE bear with it.

Also, please keep in mind that there are still plenty of the tracks in the Project that are completed (which include most of the first half of the regular NASCAR Cup Series schedule)!!!

Here you will find the latest most up-to-date tracks that you can find for the NASCAR Racing 2003 Season simulation developed by Papyrus for the PC !!! The initial intent of the Project in its inception was to simply apply the SAFER Barrier properties to the default Papyrus tracks, but has since evolved into a concept of recreating those tracks and pushing the limits to make them the most accurate and usable tracks available !!!

The tracks provided here are put through a strenuous process of testing in both the single player (offline) AND in the multiplayer (online) environments to ensure that they are top quality !!!

Keep an eye on current tracks under way in the Tracks In Progress (TIPs) menu at the right and view preliminary snapshots to show the progress. Also, view pics of tracks already completed in the forums!!
